The Company has an annual turnover of Rs.1750 Million including an export income and providing regular employment to around 3500 workers who are engaged directly and indirectly in the manufacturing process.
Vasavi Infrastructure Projects Ltd is a real-estate / Infrastructure development company which is engaged in developing residential and commercial buildings and infrastructure works.
The Company has very successfully completed development of “PAM Shopping Centre” – a Shopping cum Commercial Complex at Rash Behari Avenue, Kolkata under a joint venture with the Kolkata Municipal Corporation. The Complex has a total built up area of approx. 70,000 sq. spread over 7 floors and is equipped with top of the line facilities including Central Air-conditioning, Escalators & Elevators, Intelligent Fire detection and Firefighting systems, Structural glazing, Basement car-parking etc. Through one of the sister concerns, it has also constructed a residential Project at Kalighat called “AM ENCLAVE”.

We have also entered under the PPP Model with the Nabadwip municipality. We have undertaken various jobs with the Municipality which as under- • Bus Terminus Development which is approx 8 Bighas of land. • A residential Building within 2 Bighas of land., • A 3 Star hotel within 2 Bighas of land rite opposite the Birth place of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. • A Commercial and a Residential Building within 1 Bigha of land. • A New town named “MAMTA INTERNATIONAL CITY” to be developed within 1000 Bighas of land. • A residential Building and a Hotel in Mayapur rite opposite the ISKON temple within 9 Bighas of land.
We are also looking at an industrial hub development under a PPP model with the Nabadwip Municipality within 70 Acres of land. The Area Nadadwip is very famous for the agriculture of the golden fiber called Jute.
We are developing 14 lakh sqft with the Basirhat Municipality. This is an area where the visitors can come directly in contact with nature in a controlled environment. The theme park will be mixed with ethnicity and modernization. The theme park is being designed in such a way that it can provide entertainment for both day and night tourists.
We are also developing a commercial Mall with approx 2 Lakh Sqft under the PPP model with the Chakda Municipality.
